Hello all! I'm Sarah, and I am currently a freshman studying Early Childhood Development/Education. As you can probably tell from that and the title, I hope to one day be a teacher. Specifically, a preschool or kindergarten teacher. I've created this blog to sort of document my thoughts and feelings as I go through this progress, as well as some of the many (mis)adventures that come with the territory whn you work with children! I currently an am assistant teacher at a preschool/daycare, as well as a tutor at an Elementary school. In my free time, I take classes, study for exams, and babysit. It seems I can never really escape children, and to be honest I don't really want to! I initially started the year studying Elementary Education at a private school in the MidWest.
